Abstract

The processability, thermal corrosion resistance and magnetic properties of OOS-bonded NdFeB magnets can be enhanced by treating the NdFeB powders with a suitable silane coupling gent prior to blending with the polymer and subsequent molding of the composite. The effect of the corrosion behavior under extreme thermal and aggressive environment of the PPS-Bonded a NdFeB magnets can be obtained during std. short term irreversible loss test.
